Adobe Acrobat 3D

Adobe Acrobat 3D Extends Visualization and Publishing of 3D Designs. The new desktop software helps to extend document-based 3D design collaboration capabilities.

Using Acrobat 3D and harnessing the reach of Adobe Reader®*, extended project teams can more quickly, securely and cost-effectively drive to completion critical communication processes that require 3D visualization.
With Acrobat 3D, design engineering, technical publishing and creative professionals in manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery, as well as the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) market, can easily convert 3D models from a wide variety of major computer-aided design (CAD) formats and embed them into Adobe PDF files—regardless of whether they have CAD software.
The capabilities of Acrobat 3D go much further, enabling users to enhance the interactivity of 3D objects in PDF documents by editing lighting, adding textures and materials, and creating animations such as assembly and disassembly instructions. Acrobat 3D users can then enable suppliers, partners and customers to participate in a more efficient document review process simply using Adobe Reader*. When enabled by Acrobat 3D, Adobe Reader users have the ability to view product structure and leverage commenting, measurement and cross-section tools directly on 3D objects in Adobe PDF files.

Solutions for manufacturing

Are communication gaps in your supply chain slowing your response to customer demands? Are incompatible software and paper-based processes preventing your design team from collaborating with partners, customers, and suppliers? Do your suppliers need more information in order to deliver just-in-time for production? Maybe it’s time for Adobe® Acrobat® 3D software.

Save time and get everyone on the same page with Adobe Acrobat

Whether you’re designing a new product, responding to a customer service call, or requesting quotes from suppliers, Adobe Acrobat products improve the flow of information across all of your manufacturing processes.
The newest addition to the Acrobat product family, Adobe Acrobat 3D has all of the powerful features contained within Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional including:
  • Create and reliably exchange content-rich documents
  • Assemble multiple files into a single Adobe PDF document
  • Collect and manage review feedback
  • Apply advanced document control and security
Plus Acrobat 3D offers a range of advanced tools that enable manufacturing professionals to easily share 3D designs with everyone on the project team anywhere in the world. Acrobat 3D software enriches collaboration by enabling broader teams to more securely and reliably communicate 3D design intent. New features include:
  • Share 3D designs in Intelligent Documents with extended teams

Accelerate design collaboration

Manufacturers worldwide face increasing pressure to boost innovation, reduce costs, and accelerate time to market. To improve decision-making in the early stages and reduce costly rework in the later stages of the product lifecycle, manufacturers must streamline design collaboration among dispersed extended product teams. By distributing 3D designs and other related project information more securely and reliably, manufacturers can effectively manage and incorporate feedback from a wider group. Adobe solutions help manufacturers convert and publish 3D content to accurately communicate design intent, shortening cycle time and providing the competitive advantage manufacturers need to deliver better quality products to market, faster.

Leverage existing 3D designs to save time

Engineering design professionals can save time by using Adobe® Acrobat® 3D software to instantly capture and, in one step, convert 3D designs from major CAD applications — like Unigraphics NX, ProEngineer, CATIA V4 and V5, just to name a few — into Adobe PDF files. The PDF format enables extended team members to review designs without expensive CAD applications or specialty viewers and allows creative professionals to leverage 3D designs in rich interactive documents, such as technical service manuals, operations guides, and training catalogs.

Highlight design issues early in the product lifecycle to prevent rework

According to Gartner, more than three-quarters of a product’s lifecycle costs are committed in the earliest stages of product design. Manufacturers can improve their early decision-making, as well as reduce later errors, design changes, and review cycles, using embedded 3D content, which more accurately and visually communicates design intent to extended teams — employees, customers, partners, and suppliers.

Streamline collaboration to improve time to market

With Acrobat 3D, manufacturers can add more participants from extended teams into reviews to streamline review cycles by activating rights to features in free Adobe Reader® software that enable document review, markup, and approval. By enriching collaborative workflows, such as work-in-progress design reviews, with 3D designs, Acrobat 3D helps manufacturers reduce design interpretation errors and associated rework. Manufacturers can also streamline routine document-based processes, such as Requests for Proposals, contracts, presentations, and product catalog distribution, by using Acrobat 3D to combine multiple document formats into a single searchable package for easy reference and archiving.

Add document security and control to better protect proprietary designs

With Acrobat 3D advanced security features, such as password protection, encryption, and digital signatures, manufacturers can better protect sensitive designs inside and outside the firewall — both online and offline. To further safeguard sensitive information, engineering project managers can enhance document control with Adobe LiveCycle™ Policy Server software by creating security policies for Adobe PDF documents. These policies include revoking document access and preventing document copying, printing, forwarding, and more even after the documents have been distributed beyond the corporate firewall.

Create Logo in Photoshop

1. Begin with a new file, 300×225 and with a white background. Then create a new layer in the layers palette. Now take the Polygonal Lasso Tool and create a shape similar to the one below, fill the shape with any color.
2. Then duplicate layer 1 two times, to do that just right click on layer 1 and choose Duplicate Layer. Then use the Move Tool to move the shapes in position.

3. Now go back to layer 1 and right click on it, choose Blending Options and apply these settings.

And now should you have something like this.
 4. Now right click on layer 1, choose Copy Layer Style, and then right click on layer 1 copy, choose Paste Layer Style. Now the thing you need to do is to once again right click on layer 1 copy, and choose Blending Options and change the Gradient Overlay to this.
Now should you have something like this.
 5. Then repeat the above step on layer 1 copy 2, but this time use this Gradient Overlay.
And now should you have something like this.
Thats it
